Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

We cover 5 Days Replacement Guarantee (except intack box or packet) for physical products sold on Shagni.com.

1. Replacement request must be raised within 12 hours after getting the delivery and contact as soon as possible.

2. Shagni will refund to the canceled order items due to product unavailability.

REQUIREMENT FOR A VALID RETURN:

1. Documents of purchase (order number, invoice, etc)

2. Reason for return has to be valid and return acceptance conditions meet.

VALID CONDITIONS AND REASONS TO RETURN AN ITEM (General):

1. Delivery of wrong product

2. Delivery of defective product

3. Delivery of the products with missing parts

NOT RETURN LIST:

1. Return will not accept for spare parts.

CANCELLATION & REFUND DUE TO PRODUCT UNAVAILABILITY:

1. We may cancel any order within 7 working days if the stock of the ordered item(s) is temporarily unavailable.

2. After confirming any Order, if the order is cancelled by the customer and an online payment is already made by the customer against that order, Shagni.com will charge an Online Gateway Transaction fee while disbursing the refund amount.

RETURN/REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE MAY NOT APPLY IN ANY OF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

1. Damages due to misuse of the product

3. Any consumable item which has been used or installed but spare parts may replace.

6. Any damage/defect which is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty

7. Any product that is returned with short of parts or accessories

N.B: Shagni is liable to to replacement of products under above condtions without any question.
