Shipping Policy:
We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and on time.
Please note our shipping policy as follows:
Inside Dhaka delivery: Deliver within 36 hours.
Outside Dhaka delivery: Deliver within 3 business days.
Delivery charge will vary with current offer and marketing policy.
Please note that we manager our deliveries by our own delivery team and some shipping companies. So you should consider any problem from shipping companies.
Return and Exchange Policy:
Customer can return/exchange the received product in unused condition within 3 days of receiving

Once the product is sold, refund is not possible and customer will be issued a voucher that can be used in shagni.com only. The voucher is valid for one year of generation
