Heron RO 5 stages water purifier which provides 250 liters pure water for your family. It removes 99% ircon & organic germs from your water. It has a 15 liters NFS reserve tank.
The heron 5 stages RO reverse osmosis filtration system is a high-volume water purification system designed especially for water supplies with low or inconsistent water pressure. The reverse osmosis (RO) process requires a steady water pressure between 10 and 60 PSI to function properly. If the water pressure is too low or inconsistent, the efficiency and water output of reverse osmosis systems suffers. Water sources with low or inconsistent water pressure include wells, office and apartment complexes, and municipal water supplies with variable water pressure. The heron 5 stages RO is ideal for RVs because campground water supplies often have low-pressure distribution systems. The high water production rate makes the MR-5075 suitable for commercial and industrial applications that require a continuous supply of purified water. These industries include laboratories, hydroponics, optical grinding and dental offices.
The heron 5 stages RO filtration process starts by first removing solid particulate matter like iron oxide (rust) particles, sand, loose calcium scale and insect parts. This prevents the filtration systems from clogging while eliminating these solids from entering your drinking water.
Next, the water flows through two solid blocks of activated carbon. These twin porous compressed carbon block filters remove disinfection water treatment chemicals, like chlorine, chlorine and chlorine dioxide, that are responsible for taste and odor problems.
Filters/Stages | Time |
---|---|
1s stage: PP Sediment Filter | Each two month depends water quality |
2nd and 3rd stage: GAC and CTO Filters | After 6-8 months from installation |
4th and 5th stage: RO, Post carbon, Alkaline | After 2.5 years from installation |
1st Stage: Sediment Filter: This Sediment Filter is melt blown with 100% pure POLYPROPYLENE microfibers. Sediment filters remove suspended matter such as sand, silt, loose scale, clay, rust, silt, scale, sediment, dirt or organic material from the water. Untreated water passes through a filter medium, which traps suspended matter on the surface or within the filter. It's high Dirt-Holding capacity results in longer life.
2nd Stage: UDF/GAC Filter: The Granular Activated Carbon filter cartridge is made from high quality carbon. Reduces chlorine, organic chemicals, unnatural tastes and odors and other chemicals found in tap water.
3rd Stage: CTO Carbon Filter (CTO): CTO is an acronym for Chlorine, Taste, and Odor (CTO) filters. The Carbon Block CTO is made from high quality carbon in a "block" construction. The structural design provides a high chemical absorption rate.Reduces chlorine, organic chemicals, unnatural tastes and odors and other chemicals found in tap water.
4th Stage: Membrane Filter: The semipermeable Membrane (ROM) element removes up to 99% of health-related contaminants. This high rejection TFC type membrane can removes contaminants like Bacteria, Viruses, Pesticides, Ai, Pb, Cd, Hg, TDS including many other unhealthy contaminants. How long do RO membranes last? How long will a reverse osmosis unit last? Virtually forever if you service it regularly and replace parts that wear out, like the storage tank and the faucet. Typical membrane life is about 2 to 5 years, depending on the nature of the water that it's processing.
5th Stage: Post Carbon Filter: The post carbon filter is designed to improve taste, it is the final stage of any standard reverse osmosis system. The inline filter made from high quality carbon, removes any residual impurities and odors from the tank, stabilizes the water taste quality then provides a finer conditioning of pure water.
